Spread Of Ischemic Stroke Around The Globe-
Ischemic Heart Disease also called Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Although it’s still the leading cause of death, mortality rates have declined in many European countries and in the United States. This may be due to better public health education, access to healthcare, and forms of prevention. However, in many developing nations, mortality rates of CAD are on the rise. An increasing life span, socioeconomic changes, and lifestyle risk factors play a role in this rise.
Cause Of CAD-
The deadliest disease in the world is coronary artery disease (CAD). Also called ischemic heart disease, CAD occurs when the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart become narrowed. Untreated CAD can lead to chest pain, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
Precautions To Lower The Risk Of CAD-
1. Manage high blood pressure.
2. Control obesity.
3. Manage high cholesterol.
4. Medication.
5. Consult a doctor and keep your blood sugar levels under control.
Habits That Cure CAD-
1. Exercise daily.
2. Eating a balanced diet less in sodium and high in fruits and vegetables.
3. Quit smoking.
4. Avoid Drinking.
5. Consuming a low fat diet.
Guys, CAD is incurable but these habits and proper medication can reduce the risk of Heart Attack. CAD is so deadly, that its symptoms might not appear sometimes. Well, By lowering your risk factors and losing your fears, you can live a full life despite CAD.
The fear of something is more dangerous than the thing itself.
