How to deal with Exam Stress?

Hey, today I will tell you tips to deal with exam stress. Exam is a test, in which you get to know what knowledge you have, through the medium of Scores. To score good Marks in the Exam, it is necessary to stay 'Calm & Cool'. So, here I have a few ways, which if followed properly, it will decrease stress and increase positive energy. Only for you, here are 10 simple but effective ways which will work. 

So, here we go:

1. Keep your study area clean: When you keep your study area clean, you feel fresh. You won't feel messy and you will work well. Study in a well-ventilated and airy room and study well.

2. Make a timetable: So, when you have a proper set-up, you are ready. Start your studies with a timetable. If you don't have one, you will study a certain subject today, as due to messy mind, you don't remember what subject had you studied day before yesterday. So make a timetable.

3. First, start studying what you already know: When you have a syllabus in front of you, start with what you already know, because your start will be good and you will feel confident and then go to the next topic. Begin good.

4. Recognize your Pattern: Study at a fixed time, which suits your schedule. Don't begin at any time of the day. Manage your schedule in such a way that you get time for everything nicely.

5. Don't compare: Don't call your friends or classmates and keep on asking them, what have they studied. If you haven't studied, you may get demotivated, before you begin your studies.
6. Stay Hydrated: Drink enough water and keep yourselves hydrated๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿ’ง, by doing this your body will remain cool and you can surely concentrate on studies.

7. Take Breaks: Between your studies, take breaks. You can take a 15 minute nap, eat something, watch T.V., read, write, talk with the one in the house, read or watch something happy๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€.

8. Eat Healthy Food: Eat at a fixed time and when you eat food consume something which is light like, Dal Rice. When you take breaks you can eat fruits, juices or boiled eggs. Avoid eating oily and heavy foodstuffs. Avoid having food from stalls or hotels as they are unhygienic for health and if you feel sleepy, you can consume a little amount of coffee or tea.

9. Keep Meditating: Close your eyes slowly and forget all your worries. Concentrate on good topics. Meditation will make your concentration power high and powerful and you will be confidently be able to focus on studies๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜Œ.

10. Sleep well: Keep a sleep cycle of 8 hours. Sleep early, because
      "Early to bed, early to rise,
        Makes a man, healthy and wise". Studying early in the morning helps you remember topics easily.
