So today I have come up with one more new blog topic. This blogpost gives you the best brief reasons, of how hard work pays off. Well, this is a concise blog, and I will be posting more such "in summary" blogs every Sunday.

So, let's kick off-

In a task, why do only 2% succeed and the rest 98% don't? This is where hard work lacks. Everybody holds a beautiful life, and some enhance it. We come with nothing into this complicated place, we had only one identity - name. For whatever we are known to people today, is all because of the hard work we did in the past, and the easy but beautiful results we are bestowed with today.

But, this is not where work ends, work exactly begins here, hard work is all what you applied to build your building, you still have to hire brokers, manage money to commission them and get good tenants and residents. Eventually, the "Hard Work Graph" starts changing, you work less and get higher results. But beginnings don't tell you anything.

Destination is a long way, you will have to take breaks, move again, you will have to face some pathetic roads by your way, move again, you will meet people whom you'll ask routes and some of them might also help you, move again, you will go through hard and easy phases of the journey, move again, you will face climbs, move again, when you finally reach your venue, start moving again, because your success story doesn't end there, it begins there.

Do you know what's the secret to a longer life? The Ikigai says, "People who are more likely to keep on working, live long". Don't look at a clock, do what it does: "It keeps going". And don't worry about the results, if you work, you will give out some output, and don't think what people say, a part of our society takes interest in others' life, let them criticize. 

But the only thing which will keep you different from everyone is- your consistency. And if you fail in spite of working hard, don't worry. Do you know, that you don't fail when you can't go out of capacity, but you fail when you give up. Run behind excellence, success will follow you.
