Staying heathy, not only in this situation, but also everyday is crucial. Keeping our fitness well in progress helps us be healthy. The system that controls our immunity is the immune system. Immune system needs to be advanced. When the immune system stays strong, the body is said to be healthy. Compromising with health is appealing diseases. 

Our immunity depends on our lifestyle. Lifestyle can be improved by eating healthy and working out regularly. And, therefore I thought of making this blog. "Live Life Like Never Lived", is a perfect line for this situation. Staying at home is really important. But soon India is going to break the chain. I feel happy to say that India has vaccinated about 20.1Cr Indians and it falls on the second row after United States having completed about 29.1Cr Vaccinated people on the first row. Positive headlines just add one more layer of happiness. Today's blog is all about Living In Faith Everyday

Living In Faith Everyday stands for "LIFE." Staying at home constantly irritates us. But let's think about frontline warriors. Let's think about all the patients who say that they would do anything to go home. Compared with their life we are much much happier and safe. 

"Darker Yesterday ; Brighter Today." If you want to see the rainbow, you have to bear up with the rain. Let's change the way of looking at something. In simple words, let's change our outlook.

Now let's focus on dreams. We all have wings. "Our Dreams Are Our Wings." Dream comes in one's life to add more brightness to the life and make the person what he wants to be. When you only think about the dream, the dream is non-existing but when you work on the dream, you start having wings and when you put all your efforts in making the dream a one and only intention and achieve it the dream comes to life. Your wings are big enough to make you fly high up in the sky. 

Think that your dream is close to you and you are close to your destination. "Some things are recognized by our soul, which is invisible to the eye." Dreams are not those which are are seen during the night, but those which are seen when you are awake. A well-known quote by Swami Vivekanand, he says, "Arise, Awake And Stop Not Until Your Goal Is Achieved." Say to yourself, "Sometimes, I am ready to accept failure." 

When you sleep, take up a thought that today what I did is less than I am going to do tomorrow. Every morning, we wake up, we must take charge of our body and mind. Our mind is just like a smartphone, it has memory cards, information discs and much more and also a small sector for yourself. We must come up wherever we are with whatever we have. 

You are the supreme Artist of your life. Only you have the idea how must your masterpiece look like. Only you can sketch your life. There is no must in art 'cause art is free.

Life is an echo. What you send out, comes back. What you sow, you reap. What you give, you get. What you see in others, exists in you. Let's believe in life. Let's celebrate life. Let's be crazy and make today a festival and stay at home.

Make your house a school: Learn and Teach.

Make your house a party venue: Sing and Dance.

Make your house a temple: Pray and Praise.

Make your house a home: Live and Let Live.

Let's make our house, "A Home Sweet Home", a pleasant place for everyone to live in  for you and your beloved family.

8 Processes To Prevent Yourself From Procrastinating Tasks - Aditi Blogs

Do you often find yourself applying fully to a task just before the deadline? Do you have this feeling that 'You could have achieved so much more if you had started earlier'? Don't despair. Procrastination is quite common. "Procrastination" means to delay or postpone tasks. 

It's a good habit to prevent from procrastinating tasks and working on them. The tendency to postpone tasks can be effectively dealt with, by means of some simple management tips. 

End procrastination NOW!

💎 Get organized! Find out whatever works for you - putting up a big calendar in your room with deadlines marked, making a list of tasks and putting it up on the notice board of your room or putting up sticky notes on the your cupboard in the room or even you can come up with a unique method! Even your smart brain will help you!  

💎 Prioritize! Once you have chalked out all the tasks and have put them together, star those tasks which need quick action and attention and start working. Sometimes, cleaning your room takes priority over a project for the simple reason that a clean room will give working space, and when you clean, there is a possibility that you might discover hidden (forgotten) treasures that may help you in your project.

💎 Keep it simple! This principle works fabulously. Drop the non essentials. The more complicated you make your targets and execution plans, the more difficult it is to achieve them. So keep your ability in mind, be practical and simplify the tasks. 

💎 Cross out! Remember to cross out the completed tasks. It is always a great feeling to see the cross marks which signify finished tasks. 

💎 Add new tasks to the lists! This way you will not loose track of other tasks while you are focusing on one. Everyone has pending tasks. The difference is that some don't differ their work, and hence they get more time and better output.

💎 Don't relax! If you plan to go out with family on Saturday, work pretty hard on Friday to finish the task. You will enjoy your outing better for there is no pressing task awaiting you on your new return.

💎 Be Easy! Don't make your goals too complicated for you, unless and until you are good at it. When you keep it easy, you do not pressurize your brain and you work superb. It is always nice to add difficult tasks to your list and become a pro.

💎 Celebrate! Celebrate for the victory! When you give yourself a treat you boost your enthusiasm up and you are ready to be more and more passionate today than you were yesterday. Celebrate and enjoy!

I am damn sure, that you will end up your procrastination. You will find it difficult at the start, but once you are on the track, you will work like an on the dot person and that's it.

Education is our passport, to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people, who prepare for it today. When Benjamin Franklin said, "An Investment In Knowledge Pays The Best Interest" he didn't mean, to mug up knowledge and do nothing with it. Expand your knowledge and wisdom everyday.

 Knowledge and development is a symptom that one wants to educate. At All India Level, the adult literacy rate is 69.3% and that among males is 78.8% and females is 59.3%. Education is the right of every child. A child is meant to  learn, not earn. The life of children is destroyed, when child labor is employed. Stop Child Labor. 

Education empowers a child to dream good, do good and be good. Education can make someone more than who he was, more than who he will be. Education would some day have different modes. Education begins at a small start. Education enables us to take right decisions at proper times. "The Roots Of Education Are Bitter, But The Fruit Is Sweet" is a well - known quote by Aristotle.


When someone gets educated he/she becomes a worthy citizen of the country. A person comes to value when he starts educating. Empowering someone to get educated is to see a golden future ahead. The coming years can be secure if number of literate people than illiterate are more. Education provides stability in life. Education makes a person aware, what must be believed what must not be believed. 


By giving children the chance to present their talents, skills and developments, we empower literacy.
Learning makes one confident to do everything. Who knows? A child from a poor family some day, becomes the Prime Minister. 

If we please to change the world, we need to change ourselves first. If we want our tomorrow to be safe, we need to empower education. Poverty is not the reason, for not educating children. Many Government schools have set up for free education of children. A secure future can only be created, if we educate children. A step towards learning, can form many stages to enlightenment. 

Let's honestly Pledge to start empowering education.
Let's whole - heartedly Pledge to stop poverty.
Let's pray to Pledge to bring at least a bit of improvement.
Let's Pledge for the betterment.

DIY Stylus At Home - Aditi Blogs


Hey Guys, Today I have brought one more DIY, just for you all. Yes, today I'm going to tell you how to make a "DIY Stylus." 

Generally, a Stylus is an instrument used to navigate on a phone or tablet. A Stylus is used by placing it on the touchscreen surface. When a finger hits the screen a tiny electrical charge is transferred to the finger to complete the circuit, creating a voltage drop on that point of the screen. And this loosens the tip of our fingers, which is really harmful. So to prevent touching the screen, a Stylus becomes essential. I will tell you how to make a Stylus, with the materials found in your house easily. 

But before you start to make the Stylus, you must Craft Your Stress Away. This DIY will require patience, and that can only be acquired, if you craft your stress away. 

Let's Get Started ~

Things you'll require: A Sharpened Pencil, Earbud, Sticking Tape, Small Piece Of Foil, Scissors.

Step 1: Take scissors and a earbud.

Step 2: Cut it in the following way 👇


Step 3: Apply it on the tip of the pencil in the following way 👇


Step 4: Apply the sticking tape to the applied pencil and cut earbud in Step 3 in the following way 👇


Step 5: Take the small sheet of foil.

Step 6: Apply it in the following way 👇 ( Note: When you apply the foil, keep in mind that some part of the sheet of foil should touch the earbud's cotton swab ). 


Step 7: Apply sticking tape to the foil applied in Step 6.

Step 8: Our Stylus is ready.

Before you draw or make something with the Stylus, you must see that your finger is on the foil applied.

It works in the following way 👇


When you make the earbud's swab wet keep in mind that it, must not get too wet.

Delightful Ice - Cream Lassi Recipe - Aditi Blogs

Hey Guys, these days, heat has increased, and consuming cold foodstuffs has become important. When sun's temperature has reached above 40, and drinking cold drinks is one of our favorite jobs in Summer. Today I have one more delicious recipe just for you all. Yes, today I am going to tell you all, How To Make Perfect Ice - Cream Lassi at home. But, before we begin with the recipe, I would like to give some information and where was it made first.

Generally, Lassi is a traditional yoghurt and is a regional name for buttermilk and it tastes very delicious. It originated in Punjab, India. Lassi is a perfect drink in summers. It helps in keeping our body cool. It benefits us with fluffy skin, improves bone health, and is also rich in probiotics. A glass of Lassi on a hot summer day, will boost your energy up. It prevents our body from causing dehydration problems. It keeps us refreshed and calm. 

Now let's start making the Ice - Cream Lassi ~

Step 1: Take 1 cup of Yoghurt in a grinder ( This quantity serves one person ).


Step 2: Take 2 - 3 spoons of sugar.


Step 3: Add sugar ( You may add sugar according to the sweetness of the Lassi you want ).


Step 4: Take Vanilla Essence.

Step 5: Add 2 - 3 drops of Vanilla Essence.


Step 6: Grind it.


Step 7: Chop some dry fruits for garnishing.


Step 8: Add 2 - 3 ice cubes to a glass.

Step 9: Pour Lassi to the glass.


Step 10: Add Ice - Cream to the Lassi.

Step 11: Add the chopped dry fruits.


Our Ice - Cream Lassi is ready to serve.

Our Ice - Cream Lassi is going to add a melody to the mouth.

Stay Safe - Both Physically And Mentally - Aditi Blogs

"Nothing can be changed by Changing the Face. But, everything can be changed by Facing the Change. Stay Home. Stay Safe and Help Save Lives". We are facing a fatal situation today. Vaccines have come all over the country, but awakening minds, need time. India has administrated nearly 140 million doses to its frontline workers and those aged above 45 years. About 118 million people have received at least one dose of the vaccine. Getting vaccinated is really necessary, so as to prevent form COVID - 19, if you come in eligibility criteria. 

Crises can become worse, if we do not care for ourselves and others. Staying healthy from both sides - Physically and Mentally is considered as important. A bit of carelessness can lead to a vast issue. Not only Physical strength gives immunity but also mental strength varies equally. 

Here I have 5 effective ways to stay physically strong ~

1.Exercise Daily: Exercise is always the best alternative for staying healthy. Exercising with an expert supervision, will benefit. Exercising for about 60 minutes is important. Exercising increases our immunity system and oxygen carrying capacity becomes high.


2. Eat Healthy Food: Eating fresh vegetables, fruits helps maintains immunity. Having a proper meal at regular intervals helps our immune system function properly. Our immune system requires hygienic food.

3. Walk: Frequently walking while you are talking to someone on a call or with someone in the house can benefit in small ways. 
  
4. Change Your Lifestyle: Start changing your lifestyle if it isn't proper, 'cause improper lifestyle can also be a reason towards low immunity. Get up at a proper time and have a proper sleep cycle and have food at proper time. 

5. Get Alternatives: If it is too urgent to go outside, then go by a bicycle or walk instead of going by a scooter or a bike. 

Now here I have 5 effective ways to stay mentally strong ~

1. Keep Meditating: Meditating helps in concentrating on Positive thoughts. Meditating helps to keep our mind calm.

2. Don't Believe On Fake News: Stop believing on news which are not unless and until proved right.

3. Stop Hearing Bad News: Stop listening to death rates and start listening to curing and vaccinating rates and decrease stress. 

4. Read Good Books: Reading to good books can boost up mental immunity within you.

5. Watch Positive Content: Watch some content which carries positive energy, and motivates you to vanish negative energy.

Getting used to these ways is as important as following norms and regulations. So, here are few rules instructed by the Government, which must be followed ~

1. Put on a mask when you go outside.

2. Follow social distancing.

3. Avoid going to crowded places.

4. Wash your hands frequently.

5. Stay clean.

Guys, the situation is hard. Nothing is "IMPOSSIBE". If you observe the word "IMPOSSIBLE", there is a deep meaning in this word. If we break it in the following way ~

The sentence becomes I M Possible. The point is to look at something, with a positive outlook. If you change your outlook on looking at topics, our Mother Earth will become a better place to live in. 

Ending up by saying, "The virus is fighting with us, we need to fight back. All you need to do is to stay safe. Less is always more. The mask is where the Virus thinks twice before infecting and goes away. Safety isn't expensive; its priceless".
I pray for the well being, you too join the chain and break the Virulent Chain, which isn't too strong. It has to break. Good things take time, we will be back to our normal schedule very soon.
