8 Processes To Prevent Yourself From Procrastinating Tasks - Aditi Blogs

Do you often find yourself applying fully to a task just before the deadline? Do you have this feeling that 'You could have achieved so much more if you had started earlier'? Don't despair. Procrastination is quite common. "Procrastination" means to delay or postpone tasks. 

It's a good habit to prevent from procrastinating tasks and working on them. The tendency to postpone tasks can be effectively dealt with, by means of some simple management tips.

💎 Get organized! Find out whatever works for you - putting up a big calendar in your room with deadlines marked, making a list of tasks and putting it up on the notice board of your room or putting up sticky notes on the your cupboard in the room or even you can come up with a unique method! Even your smart brain will help you!  

💎 Prioritize! Once you have chalked out all the tasks and have put them together, star those tasks which need quick action and attention and start working. Sometimes, cleaning your room takes priority over a project for the simple reason that a clean room will give working space, and when you clean, there is a possibility that you might discover hidden (forgotten) treasures that may help you in your project.

💎 Keep it simple! This principle works fabulously. Drop the non essentials. The more complicated you make your targets and execution plans, the more difficult it is to achieve them. So keep your ability in mind, be practical and simplify the tasks. 

💎 Cross out! Remember to cross out the completed tasks. It is always a great feeling to see the cross marks which signify finished tasks. 

💎 Add new tasks to the lists! This way you will not loose track of other tasks while you are focusing on one. Everyone has pending tasks. The difference is that some don't differ their work, and hence they get more time and better output.

💎 Don't relax! If you plan to go out with family on Saturday, work pretty hard on Friday to finish the task. You will enjoy your outing better for there is no pressing task awaiting you on your new return.

💎 Be Easy! Don't make your goals too complicated for you, unless and until you are good at it. When you keep it easy, you do not pressurize your brain and you work superb. It is always nice to add difficult tasks to your list and become a pro.

💎 Celebrate! Celebrate for the victory! When you give yourself a treat you boost your enthusiasm up and you are ready to be more and more passionate today than you were yesterday. Celebrate and enjoy!

I am damn sure, that you will end up your procrastination. You will find it difficult at the start, but once you are on the track, you will work like an on the dot person and that's it.

"Sometimes later becomes never". If we want to procrastinate something, let's procrastinate anger, hate, negativity, sadness, violence and bad energies.
