Stay Safe - Both Physically And Mentally - Aditi Blogs

Vaccines have come all over the country, but awakening minds, need time. India has administrated nearly 140 million doses to its frontline workers and those aged above 45 years. About 118 million people have received at least one dose of the vaccine. Getting vaccinated is really necessary, so as to prevent form COVID - 19, if you come in eligibility criteria. 

Crises can become worse, if we do not care for ourselves and others. Staying healthy from both sides - Physically and Mentally is considered as important. A bit of carelessness can lead to a vast issue. Not only Physical strength gives immunity but also mental strength varies equally. 

Here I have 5 effective ways to stay physically strong ~

1.Exercise Daily: Exercise is always the best alternative for staying healthy. Exercising with an expert supervision, will benefit. Exercising for about 60 minutes is important. Exercising increases our immunity system and oxygen carrying capacity becomes high.


2. Eat Healthy Food: Eating fresh vegetables, fruits helps maintains immunity. Having a proper meal at regular intervals helps our immune system function properly. Our immune system requires hygienic food.

3. Walk: Frequently walking while you are talking to someone on a call or with someone in the house can benefit in small ways. 
  
4. Change Your Lifestyle: Start changing your lifestyle if it isn't proper, 'cause improper lifestyle can also be a reason towards low immunity. Get up at a proper time and have a proper sleep cycle and have food at proper time. 

5. Get Alternatives: If it is too urgent to go outside, then go by a bicycle or walk instead of going by a scooter or a bike. 

Now here I have 5 effective ways to stay mentally strong ~

1. Keep Meditating: Meditating helps in concentrating on Positive thoughts. Meditating helps to keep our mind calm.

2. Don't Believe On Fake News: Stop believing on news which are not unless and until proved right.

3. Stop Hearing Bad News: Stop listening to death rates and start listening to curing and vaccinating rates and decrease stress. 

4. Read Good Books: Reading to good books can boost up mental immunity within you.

5. Watch Positive Content: Watch some content which carries positive energy, and motivates you to vanish negative energy.

Getting used to these ways is as important as following norms and regulations. So, here are few rules instructed by the Government, which must be followed ~

1. Put on a mask when you go outside.

2. Follow social distancing.

3. Avoid going to crowded places.

4. Wash your hands frequently.

5. Stay clean.

Guys, the situation is hard. Nothing is "IMPOSSIBE". If you observe the word "IMPOSSIBLE", there is a deep meaning in this word. If we break it in the following way ~

The sentence becomes I M Possible. The point is to look at something, with a positive outlook. If you change your outlook on looking at topics, our Mother Earth will become a better place to live in. 

Ending up by saying, "The virus is fighting with us, we need to fight back. All you need to do is to stay safe. Less is always more. The mask is where the Virus thinks twice before infecting and goes away. Safety isn't expensive; its priceless".
I pray for the well being, you too join the chain and break the Virulent Chain, which isn't too strong. It has to break. Good things take time, we will be back to our normal schedule very soon.
