Enjoy Every Moment - Aditi Blogs

"Today is a gift from God - that is why it is called the present". A new day is a new beginning; a fresh start; an important, promising turning point. We must remember, that, everything cannot be accomplished today itself, that is the reason we are bestowed with tomorrow. We will open a book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words ourselves. The book's name is opportunity and its first chapter is "MYSELF". Every day brings a door, the door is your opportunity, you have two ways: either use the keys given to you or make the keys yourself.

Don't feel bad, if a day goes wrong, else think "Tomorrow" is made for me. There is small sector within you, for small achievements, celebrate them, some day they will become memories. Difficulties are a part of your life, learning from them is a rule. Tomorrow is a gift.

This moment won't come again, and if it comes, tell yourself, "It has become a work now". Living in the present means, not thinking about the past, and not fearing about future. Here I have a few ways how can small moments bring great happiness:

1. Focus: Get focused on what you do, don't get distracted or think of some other stuff rather than what you are doing. Get concentrated, get inspired that the work you are doing is going to be perfect, 'cause you are doing it.

2. Be the newest version of yourself: Try to be who you are, and not someone else. Just like we seek in the mobile and find features in it, seek within yourself and feature yourself.

3. Be Grateful: Be grateful for whatever you have. We are grateful with our family, friends and ourselves. Feel great that you are down to earth.

4. Start appreciating: Begin appreciating talent about others and yourselves. Be happy for other's success, don't get jealous.

5. Love your job: Don't feel bad for whatever you do, start thinking about the day you decided to take the job up, start working with the same enthusiasm you started the job with.

6. Smile: Smile is a weapon to all the worries you have. Smile to the worry and vanish it away. Start laughing at tiny happiness.

Every moment brings something, you have to search it.

Ending up by the words of Shri Shri Ravi Shankar, "Joy in never tomorrow; it is always today. Deep inside you is a fountain of bliss, a fountain of joy. Deep inside your center core is truth, light, love, there is no guilt there, there is no fear there. Psychologists have never looked deep enough".

Making Of A DIY Damaru - Aditi Blogs

Hey Guys, Aditi here. Today I' ill tell you in detail, how to make a Damaru.

Generally, A Damaru is a small two-headed drum used in Hinduism. In Hinduism, the Damaru is known as the instrument of deity Shiva.

There are beliefs that very miraculous mantras are chanted by Damaru, by its sound, it gets the power to fight many diseases. With this, listening to it's sound gets rid of any problem. Apart from this, listening to its sound calms the mind. It also reduces stress. Damaru keeps our positive energy and concentration power high. You may keep it in the room of children as it will increase positivity amongst them and they will get success.

This is all, I knew about a Damaru. Guys, if you have missed the last DIY project, which was making of a lantern, then do check it out. Link is at the end of this blog (DIY Lantern).

Now let's start with the making of the Damaru.

Things you' ill need: 2 Paper Cups, Glue, Doctor's Tape, A Sheet Of Paper ( If You Want To Cover The Paper Cups), A Piece Of Cardboard, Thick White Paper, Scissors, Skewers, Thread, 2 Beads.

Step 1: Keep the paper cups, (A) cup upside down, and (B) cup on the upside down cup.

Step 2: Paste it with a Doctor's Tape.

Step 3: Draw 2 circles of the size of the cup, on the Thick White Paper.

Step 4: Paste those 2 circles with glue, on both cups, in the following way 👇

Step 5: Take the piece of cardboard and draw 2 small circles and cut it.

Step 6: Stick both the circles on the circles we made in Step 3 and Step 4.

Step 7: Tie a thread at the mid of both the cups.

Step 8: Apply 1 bead on the end of the knot. ( Keep the height of the knot's left over thread, in such a way that a sound will get produced when it is moved).

Step 9: You can decorate it with toothpicks, matchsticks or skewers.

Our Damaru is ready to produce its sound.

Click on the following video, to see how our handmade the Damaru sounds 👇

Making Of A DIY Lantern Project - Aditi Blogs

DIY stands for:

D - Do

I - It

Y - Yourself

You see and hear the acronym DIY everywhere, and it's a pretty straightforward-sounding concept. It includes working on some project or idea without directly taking help of an expert. The acronym DIY sounds cool and is really interesting.

Today, I am going to explain you, a very exiting DIY Project, which will enhance the look of your house. Guess what? It's a DIY Lantern. To make this awesome-looking lantern, you won't require materials from the shop. Yes! Those can be found in your own house, and if you have a thought of throwing them, think twice.

We are going to make this lantern using Wedding Invitation Cards which we often throw away after a day or two. A working idea in this pandemic, which will bring the hidden artist out of you.

So, why wait?

Let's start:

At start you will require, Wedding Invitation Cards, Scissors, Pencil, A Round Lid, Glue.

Let's start with the making of the DIY Lantern:

Step 1: Draw circles, with the help of the round lid (Diameter of my lid: 6.5 ), you may take any size of the lid, according to the size of your lantern and then accordingly follow the following steps.

Step 2: Cut them with the help of scissors.

Step 3: Make a triangle, for more reference, watch the following video 👇

Step 4: Make a flower like this 👇. Paste it and let it dry. ( Take 5 Petals )

Step 5: Paste the rest of the petals, in the following way 👇 ( Take 10 Petals )

Step 6: Make a circle out of this, in the following way 👇

Step 7: Repeat Step 4.

Step 8: Paste the circle, which we made in step 5 and step 6 to the the flower we made in step 4

Now you will require a thread to hang the lantern and some decorative material, for making the lantern pretty.

Step 9: Insert the thread and stick the flower we made in step 7.

Step 10: Paste the decorative materials.

Note: Make the triangle and the circle in step 6 according to the size of your lid.

The lantern is ready to make your house look enhanced.

Do try out this DIY lantern, it's easy. All you need is patience and creativity.

6 Keys To A Happy Life

Happy life is the feeling of truly enjoying your life, and the desire to make the very best of it. Happiness is the "secret sauce" that can help us be and do our best. Here's what researchers found when they studied happy people: Happy people are more successful. Happy people are better at reaching goals.

A happy life consists in experiencing positive emotions about the past and future, savoring positive feelings from the pleasures, deriving abundant gratification from your signature strengths, and using these strengths in the service of something larger to obtain meaning. Living a happy life means to set up free.

If you keep your mind positive, you can make up with any impossible task and make the task possible. Positive thinking helps with stress management. Positivity is a key part of life. So here I have top 6 keys just for you to strike the wind of positivity on your mind. But knowledge apart, living a stress free life is really necessary. Only when your vibe is good, you work superb.

Given following are 6 keys to live a happy life:

  • 60 Minutes: Studies say that the first 60 minutes of the day, and the last 60 minutes of the day, at night must be spent in something positive. Read or watch something which turns out to be positive and this will boost up your day. Science says that whatever thoughts linger in your brain, you think the same throughout the day, so spent the hour happily.
  • Give yourself time: Give yourself one hour in the day. Do what your soul likes. Dance, sing, read, write or do whatever pleases your mind. That one hour belongs to you, no one has the right to snatch it from you. By doing this, at the end of the day, your mind feels that something what you like has taken place in the day.
  • Monitor your activities: Whatever you do, keep a watch on it, whatever you say, watch or listen. Think about the choices you are going to make twice. This will make you understand, that what you are doing.
  • Keep a proper Sleep Cycle: Take a sleep of about eight hours at night. An eight hours sleep cycle prevents problems like acidity.
  • Keep Smiling: If you see someone's face with a smile, you obviously will feel fresh, so keeping a smile on your own face, you will feel positive. Whenever you smile, there always begins a new start. If the start was not good, you must end it your way. Smiling people don't get old very early.

  • Avoid addictions: Do not consume and never get addicted to alcohol, Tobacco or toxic items. They contain a substance called nicotine which is very harmful for us. Nicotine causes an increase in blood pressure, heart rate, flow of blood to a heart and the narrowing of the arteries. Nicotine also causes a heart attack.
Always try to live a happy life. Ending up by writing, "Be strong and be happy. It's time to be happy again. Happiness is not a choice. You can never find a happy life, you need to make it. Two things don't let us be happy, living in the past and observing others".

Life - An Independent Journey

What is the meaning of life? The answer to this question is, that pertains to the significance of living or existence in general. Your life purpose consists of the central motivating aims of your life. When you accomplish those aims, you feel that you truly have a purpose of being on Mother Earth. Those Life Goals make you purposeful, and this implies that "YOU" have made your life Meaningful.

The Bhagavad Gita encourages us to live with purity, strength, discipline, honesty, kindness, integrity in order to find our purpose and to live it fully. You really have an intention of being here. Understand the intention of Life. Life is never meaningless.

There is a vast world out there. People reading this content must remember that this life won't come again. We have got a life to change something. A journey to explore, love, enjoy and become "Creators for Change" is Life. The bliss to make our soul independent is known as life. There are many definitions about life, which you find on search engines and sites, but no other person than you yourself can explain the real definition of life.

This life has become a mess, since we are addicted to our Smartphones. The moment you touch it, you forget everything and start hanging with it. Once in a day, keep your mobiles aside, and think about your family, friends or near and dear ones, think about all the happy and sad moments with them. Your mobile's memory may get over, but your brain structure is so vast that it can remember all those happy and funny talks that your mobile, couldn't capture.

We have to enjoy our life. It's your life. We are gifted with our family, friends, near and dear ones. Be grateful for them. Never stress. Stress won't reduce the problem by a bit. Start taking things with a positive outlook. Life is large and meaningful.

Naturally, everything changes by its own. But you must be the fateful person to change something hazardous. Imagine in place of a human, God could choose you to make an ant, a horse, a dolphin, but he made you a human being, because he knew that you are special, and you are the right person and you will become a man of word, a man full of honesty.

Enjoy life to the fullest. Never give up. Problems come and go. Nothing stops if problems arise. Corona Virus is such a problem, but life hasn't stopped. Children study from home, Employees work from home. Think that we will be back to our normal routine very soon.

"LIVE LIFE LIKE NEVER LIVED". Ending up by writing, "If there's a book you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it. Good days give you  happiness and bad days give you experience. In three words I can sum up everything, I have learnt about life; it goes on."

6 Steps and Manners for Interviewing Someone and getting Interviewed by Someone

An Interview is a meeting of people face to face, especially for consultation. It is essentially a structured conversation where questions are asked, and the other provides answer. In common practice, the word "interview" refers to a one-on-one conversation between an Interviewer and Interviewee. A person who interviews someone is called as an interviewer and the person who is interviewed is an interviewee.

Interviews provide an opportunity for both potential employer and employee to decide if the individual's skills and character align with the firm's needs and culture. While it is a common belief that interviewees should prepare extensively for an interview, the HR should not be easing off on preparations as well.

Today I will tell you steps of being a perfect Interviewer and Interviewee.

Here we go:

  • Greet the Interviewee.
  • Introduction of  Interviewee and Achievements.
  • 2-3 questions about growing years.
  • 4-6 questions about achievements.
  • 2-3 questions about future plans and prospects.
  • Expression of thanks and good wishes.
Now I will explain you with the help of an example of an Interviewer asking question stepwise.

Imagine that a brilliant student has passed and scored a distinction in his MPSC Examination and you are the Interviewer, this will be the following way of  interviewing someone in front of an audience:
Good Morning and a warm welcome to all of you present here. We all have gathered here to felicitate Master Prakash Dev for he has scored a distinction in his MPSC Examination. He is the topper. We are extremely happy for his success and whole-heartedly congratulate him. I am privileged to interview Master Prakash on this special occasion.
  1. When and where did your interest in this field begin?
  2. Did you take any help from teachers to pursue your interests?
  3. How do your parents support you?
  4. How do you prepare yourself before you appear for an examination?
  5. Why do you want to take up Civil Servant as a career?
  6. What message would you like to give to everyone present here?
That's all. Thank You for being with us and sharing your success story and future plans. We wish you a good luck for your future life.

Now let's come up with the topic of how to be a perfect Interviewee:

Let's see:

  1. Dress well.
  2. Be Punctual and Confident.
  3. Don't worry.
  4. Answer the questions fully.
  5. Keep a smile on your face
  6. Introduce yourself professionally.
So, when you are to be an Interviewer or an Interviewee, follow these 6 steps, the interview will be successful.
