"Yoga" is a system of exercises for the body that involves breath control and helps relax both your mind and body. Rishi Patanjali was a sage in ancient India, known to be the author of a numerous Sanskrit works. The Greatest of these are the Yoga Sutras, a classical yoga text. Many more Yoga Gurus lived in the ancient times and shared knowledge about Yoga.
Yoga gives resistance to our mind, body and soul. Yoga is divine and pure. It makes our body get detoxed and strong. Performing Yoga Asanas than going to a Gym seems more beneficial, as Yoga reduces aches and pains, while Gym exercises build pains in our body. Yoga practices help in curing fatal diseases, completely. There is always a risk when we consume medicines as they create chances of something unwanted or unexpected happening in the body. But, Yoga doesn't.
Many people share their experiences, on social media websites, of performing Yoga asanas from years and having change in their resistance power and health. No medicine can act so powerfully, than practicing Yoga asanas. Yoga can make your body, in the way, you want it to be. Always said as a combination of body and mind, expression and soul, health and fitness, Yoga has turned out to be effective on people.
Yoga unites people all over the world. Today, on this occasion, people not only from India, but also other countries are performing Yoga. Let's we too, together, grab that Yoga Mat in the corner and practice Yoga. It will absolutely be the best course of our lifetime.
"Yoga is the study of balance, and balance is the aim of all living creatures." Your body will most likely become much more flexible by doing Yoga, and so will your mind. "Yoga exists in the world, because everything is linked." Yoga can be practiced by anyone. Yoga doesn't see any religion. It only sees the spirit in your eyes, the way to look into yourself. How deep our inter systems are, they can be visible if we combine our mind, body and soul i.e. Yoga.
Let's Pledge this International Day Of Yoga, to add more beauty to our body, by Implementing the magic of Yoga in our Life and make the most of Yoga everyday.
