International Day Of Yoga And Yoga Awareness | Aditi Blogs

The  Bhagavad Gita says, "Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." It means, Yoga truly is a journey all of your own. It's inspiring and pretty amazing. Namaste Indians! I whole heartedly wish you all a very happy "International Day Of Yoga". "International Day of Yoga" is celebrated across the globe to highlight the importance of Yoga and how it has been beneficial in keeping the body and mind in sound health. Considered as a holistic approach and targeting the different systems of the body and the mind, Yoga renews the mind with confidence. 

"Yoga" is a system of exercises for the body that involves breath control and helps relax both your mind and body. Rishi Patanjali was a sage in ancient India, known to be the author of a numerous Sanskrit works. The Greatest of these are the Yoga Sutras, a classical yoga text. Many more Yoga Gurus lived in the ancient times and shared knowledge about Yoga.

Yoga gives resistance to our mind, body and soul. Yoga is divine and pure. It makes our body get detoxed and strong. Performing Yoga Asanas than going to a Gym seems more beneficial, as Yoga reduces aches and pains, while Gym exercises build pains in our body. Yoga practices help in curing fatal diseases, completely. There is always a risk when we consume medicines as they create chances of something unwanted or unexpected happening in the body. But, Yoga doesn't. 

Many people share their experiences, on social media websites, of performing Yoga asanas from years and having change in their resistance power and health. No medicine can act so powerfully, than practicing Yoga asanas. Yoga can make your body, in the way, you want it to be. Always said as a combination of body and mind, expression and soul, health and fitness, Yoga has turned out to be effective on people. 

Yoga unites people all over the world. Today, on this occasion, people not only from India, but also other countries are performing Yoga. Let's we too, together, grab that Yoga Mat in the corner and practice Yoga. It will absolutely be the best course of our lifetime. 

"Yoga is the study of balance, and balance is the aim of all living creatures." Your body will most likely become much more flexible by doing Yoga, and so will your mind. "Yoga exists in the world, because everything is linked." Yoga can be practiced by anyone. Yoga doesn't see any religion. It only sees the spirit in your eyes, the way to look into yourself. How deep our inter systems are, they can be visible if we combine our mind, body and soul i.e. Yoga. 

Let's Pledge this International Day Of Yoga, to add more beauty to our body, by Implementing the magic of Yoga in our Life and make the most of Yoga everyday. 

Ending up by saying, "Add years to your life and life to your years just by embracing Yoga in your Life, Yoga Se Hi Hoga". Once again, wishing you all a very Happy International Yoga Day Guys!

Life In The Wet Season | Aditi Blogs

"Clouds come floating into our life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm but to add color to the sunset sky", Hey Guys, Aditi here. Are you all enjoying the wet? Hope you all are having the fit snack, when it rains. Manifestly, it is "Fritters And A Cup Of Scorching Tea Or Coffee", is an all time favorite eatable in the monsoon. It is always one of the best time of the year. During the wet, the first look of the day, the newspaper gives a top headline about the monsoon. 

Monsoon 2021 had a speedy run over Peninsular India and the entire northeast region. Southwest monsoon reached before time over Maharashtra, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Though these are still early days but the monsoon walked with a brisk pace and the 1st week rainfall is nearly 40% more than normal. 


This monsoon will be a bit different from the monsoon we had last year, as compared to last year there will be decrease in the ratings of Corona patients and that is sigh of relief. Sitting by the colonnade with a scorching cup of coffee watching the rain, is a perfect pastime for busy employees on weekends. Sometimes the rain feels to come with the sun, and there we see a rainbow. The scene where the sun shines, the raindrops fall and the chromatic rainbow delights our mind. 

But, today, it does not shower in the quantity it should be. The reason for less rain is as follows ~

1. An absence of available moisture in the atmosphere.

2. Large scale subsidence (downward movement of air within the atmosphere) which suppresses connective activity.

3. An absence or non-arrival of rain-bearing systems.

Nature is not in our control, but if it rains less, it is our fidelity to save water. A necessity of water is one of the chief need of living beings. Trees, animals, humans and also other existing organisms need water. Let's stay positive and pray for better rain and let's stay happy. When it rains, the atmosphere turns cold and gets chilled. Birds start chirping and there is greenery everywhere. It is one of the nicest times of the year.


It feels great to watch the rain while reading good book. It feels great to watch the rain while having a sip of tea. It feels great to watch the rain while getting up early in the morning. It always feels great to watch the rain while carrying on any activity. 

If there would be no rain, mankind would face a drought. We would not be able to live in greenery. Humans would die hungry. There would not be a glass of water after we come home tired after work. Imagining a life without rain feels so sad. But, we Indians are blessed with water. There are so many countries who face the shortage of water and hardly live in such an atmosphere where there is no rain. 

We many times feel lazy when it rains because of the low light conditions associated with rainy weather can lead to a spike in melatonin, making you feel drowsy. Many of us start feeling lazy when it rains. But, to fade it away expose yourself to as much light as possible. Natural light is best - even if it's overcast, there is still some UV light getting through, so if you can, spend a little time outdoors.

It would be great to see the fields, where crops grow, birds chirp and pleasant atmosphere forms. Some of us do not like rain, but think about the past days, when you used to jump in muddy puddles after school, and also arrived home dirty. So, sometimes if you get disappointed when it rains, just relax and sit next to the window with a hot cup of tea or coffee and think about the moments when, rain was the best time for us. Let's pray for a proper season cycle, in order to live in greenery. 

And yes, let's enjoy this rain. Grab a cup of scorching tea, fritters and a good book and enjoy this rain. Let's make the most of this rain with our family and pray for a better future.

Track Your Activities This June With These Quick Hacks | Aditi Blogs

Hola Guys! Aditi here. Hope you all are happy and healthy. Let's Forget all the mistakes of the past, look forward to making the most of this June. Happy new month to you. I wish you all a happy new month, a month filled with prosperity, happiness, love and good health. May this new month in your life mark the start of greater things to you and family, wish you all a very happy June! Cheers to an awesome and interesting month ahead! 

This June is going to bring many subjects. If you feel of doing something new, then this blog is perfect for you. In today's blog I am going to report you with some quick hacks for keeping a track on your Activities this June. Making this is super fun. 

Let's begin with the hacks ~

Step 1: Make a calendar for the month of June 2021. 


Step 2: Take some themes related to the season or some theme related to the speciality of the month. As it is June, I have taken a theme related to the rainy season.


Step 3: Make colorful drawings related to the theme.

Step 4: Stick them around the calendar made in Step 1. 

Step 5: Take another page and make a square.

Step 6: Write all the targets i.e. the things you wish to do in the month of June in the square made in Step 5. (No Limits! You can write as many targets as you want)


Step 7: Make Step 6 in the following way 👇 


Step 8: Have one more page and write all the targets written in Step 6 in a graphical form in the following way ðŸ‘‡


Step 9: Make it look more attractive by adding suitable drawings.


Note: The above activities can be done on a journal/dairy or a page which is taken care of.


How to use this ~

Step 1: Follow all the targets written with the full of our energy.

Step 2: At the end of the day i.e. at night just before you go to sleep, take the page of the dairy where you made the blank graph, read the targets and draw a 1cm line and write the date (just in the way you draw a graph, an example of Step 2 will be mentioned in the next blog) on the activities you did that day and are mentioned in the graph. Mark a line.

Step 3: Repeat this process and mark a 1 cm line everyday at night on the activities you did that day.

Step 4: On 1st of July check the record and tick the targets written in the square which were followed seriously and have made a progress.


Step 5: When you will be making the targets for July, the activities on which you didn't pay much attention, add those to the target list of the month of July and carry on.

And that's it.

By following this, we monitor our activities and we get to know more about ourselves. So, what are you waiting for? Let's experiment. Even I am going to do this, so  Best Of Luck! At the end of the year, check out all the graphs and understand yourself.

 A detailed explanation blog will be published on the 1st of July. I am also going to publish the same for the month of July on 1st of July, but with a different theme and some additional points which are to be added after the graph. So stay tuned!
