Start working on some tried and tested memory improvement techniques NOW, as exams are round the corner. Memory needs to be sharper enough that you will be able to utilize it, even in future. It is always nice to try improving your memory and testing it. Here I have 6 tips to improve your memory.
Let's see:
1. Attention to information: Focus is a crucial component of memory. If you pay close attention to what you are studying, it helps move information from short term to long term memory. Concentrate on the topic with full attention, remembering the details becomes really very easy. Meditation helps in better concentration.

3. Relate new input to know facts: If you connect new information to what you already know, the memory which exists in your brain before you begin to study that topic, that memory, takes in the latest input very effectively. So have your time and think about the material you are studying and try catching associations.
4. Organize the information: Just like our brain makes different compartments for various things, in the same way, if you structure the information into groups of similar concepts after going through the details, you are more likely to recall it at a later date. For example: in your history lesson, if you club together related dates and study them, you may find them easier to remember.
5. Sleep well: Studies have proved that sleep recharges memory cells in the brain. If one has to appear for an exam, he is likely to recall what he has learnt more easily if he has taken a well sleep the previous night than he has slept badly.
6. Work regularly: Scientists have found that matter learnt over a number of sessions is retained better by the human brain since it gets plenty of time for processing the information.
Hitler was an avid reader and had a fantastic memory. He could recite at will entire pages of the books he had read.
Albert Einstein spent much of his time in solving jigsaw puzzles. He had a poor memory and stopped going to school at the age of 15.
