Here are some precautions you can follow to stay away from the unsafe heat.
Let's Kick Off~
These are the foodstuffs we can consume in the summer season~
During the summer season, our bodies lose water at a rapid rate. It is necessary to drink water in regular intervals of the hour.
It is also mandatory to consume foodstuffs rich in water, seasonal fruits and vegetables, as they are a nutrient rich medium to hydrate the body.
Let us now explore some food items that can be enjoyed in the summer season~
1. Curd: It is one of the best superfoods of the season. Unsweetened Curd helps to cool down your stomach.
2. Tender Coconut Water: Coconut water contains sodium, which helps replenish the amount of salt lost from the body through sweating during summer.
4. Mangoes And Watermelons: Apart from being sweet and tasty, mangoes and watermelons are a rich source to boost your immunity during summer season.

Exercises That Boost Healthy Living In Summer:
1. Swimming: Swimming helps in keeping your body cool, apart from this swimming benefits you with a quick exercise session.
2. Cycling: You can always cycle to the supermarket to boost your immunity and also to energize the soul, well I like to cycle all the way home after all my stuff is done, that too when it's night time, and the city is roaming around, everybody smiles so peacefully, the city looks so extraordinarily beautiful, never had I ever seen so much so unexplored paths, through my way. I get blended with the busy city traffic around, people chasing their vehicles all the way, and I sometimes wish to hit the pavement, as there are less people there.
